The hooks add persistent .context/ memory and the board around the sessions you already run.
Several sessions, one repo
Once memory holds, the fleet follows: several Claude Code sessions share one repo, the board tracks who holds which card, and claims prevent collisions. The .context/ tiers do the orienting; the board is the window onto it.
